These terms govern your use of worldofsevn.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by SEVN Experiences Private Ltd (CIN U79120HR2026PTC146233), registered at Q-82, South City-1, Sadar Bazaar, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001, India, referred to here as SEVN, “we” or “us”.

SEVN is a house of crafted discovery. It is not a travel agency, a tour operator or a booking platform, and this website is not a booking engine — nothing on it can be reserved, purchased or paid for.

What the site offers is an account of how we think about travel, the places we currently work in, and a way to begin a conversation.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, hold a reservation, or oblige either of us to anything. It is an invitation to talk.

Every journey SEVN designs is agreed separately and in writing, with its own terms covering price, payment, cancellation, insurance and liability. Those terms govern the journey; these terms govern only this website.

Descriptions, sample itineraries, imagery and timings on this site are illustrative. They show the character of what we design rather than a fixed product, and they are not an offer or a guarantee of availability, price, weather, wildlife or conditions on the ground.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or omission.

The text, photography, design, marks and code on this site belong to SEVN or to its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may read, share and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt, sell or use any part of the site commercially, or use it to train an automated system, without our written permission.

Please do not misuse the site. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation or security, submit anything unlawful or knowingly false, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

Where we link to a site we do not operate, we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, SEVN is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on any content on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
