1. Data We Collect

Client data includes: identity information (name, passport, DOB, nationality), contact information, financial and payment details, travel preferences, dietary and medical requirements, and family/companion details where provided. Sensitive personal data is collected only with explicit consent.

Not all of this is collected through this website. The forms here ask only for the details needed to begin a conversation — your name, email, phone number, and what you are hoping to travel towards. No payment details are ever requested on this site.

3. Cookies and Website Analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is set until you choose — when you first arrive, every non-essential category is switched off, and it stays off unless you turn it on.

Category	What it does
Essential	Needed for the site to work and to remember the choice you make here. Always on, and it cannot be switched off.
Analytics	Tells us, in aggregate, how pages are found and used, so we can make the site better. No advertising profile is built from it.
Marketing	Measures our advertising and allows us to reach travellers with similar interests. It also lets our customer-relationship system recognise you when you return, so that an enquiry you choose to send us arrives with the context of your visit.

The named services behind those categories, and what each one records:

Service	What it records
Microsoft Clarity (Analytics)	Records how pages are used — mouse movement, scrolling and a replay of the visit — so we can see where the site is confusing. It never records what you type into a form. Set only if you allow Analytics. Provided by Microsoft.
SEVN performance dashboard (Essential)	When you sign up to the newsletter, our own internal dashboard records that a signup happened, where on the site it came from, and whether it succeeded. If it failed, your email address is kept for 30 days so we can find out why, and then deleted automatically. It is not used to contact you and it is never shared.

You can change your decision at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as consenting: select Cookie Preferences at the foot of any page. Analytics and advertising services are provided through Google Tag Manager; where you have not consented, those services are instructed not to store or read cookies on your device. Our customer-relationship system, Freshworks, is not loaded at all unless you have consented to Marketing, and sending us an enquiry does not depend on it.

5. Data Retention

Client data is retained for seven (7) years from the last transaction date, after which it is securely deleted.

6. Data Security

SEVN implements encrypted storage and transmission, access controls, regular security assessments, staff training, and incident response protocols.

7. Client Rights

Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data; withdraw consent; and lodge complaints with the relevant data protection authority.

8. Cross-Border Transfers

Where travel involves international destinations, Client data may be processed in foreign countries with appropriate safeguards in accordance with Indian data protection law.
